Snapshot Package
A focused set of photography or moving images or both with a specific purpose. A portfolio update, a planning submission, a marketing refresh, or a phase capture before a project is fully complete.
Ideal for: Extensions, single-storey projects, focused interior studies, pre-completion captures and single-space commissions.

Ideal for: New builds, multi-dwelling schemes, full refurbishments, award submissions and publication features.

Bespoke long-form content film, interview and photography for landmark projects and studio showreels. Designed for press, submissions, client pitches and legacy documentation.
Ideal for: Significant commissions where the story of the project is as important as the images of it. Architect or client narration, multi-day shoots, short-form social cuts and broadcast-quality film all fall within this package.

Add-ons
Every project is different. Our packages cover the core creative work, the add-ons below let you tailor the commission to the specific needs of your project, your site, and your audience. Whether you're working with a challenging location, a complex brief, or content destined for press and social media, each add-on is priced transparently and can be discussed at the briefing stage.

Travel within the BH postcode area is included. Outside of the that area travel is normally chargerd per mile at the HMRC suggested rate.

Editorial use such as architecture press, trade journals and academic publications require a separate licence, available on request.
Following any shoot, Captured Spaces may make content available to other parties involved in the project under a separate post-shoot licence. This is arranged directly between Captured Spaces and the relevant party. The original commissioner is not involved and their commission is entirely unaffected.
Post-shoot licences are available in three bands based on the number of images required. Full pricing is available in our packages document.

Collaborative Commissions
The lead commissioner shapes the brief and receives a discount on the creative fee. In return, each additional party pays a fixed production contribution plus a post-shoot image licence, both agreed directly with Captured Spaces. The lead commissioner has no obligation to coordinate or chase other parties we handle all additional licence agreements independently.

Cost Sharing
Where a project team prefers to share the creative fee between parties before the shoot, one party acts as lead commissioner and is responsible for the single invoice to Captured Spaces. How the fee is divided between parties is entirely their arrangement. We invoice one party only and play no part in any internal cost-sharing discussion.
The lead commissioner receives a Standard Commercial Licence as part of the package. Additional parties who wish to use the content take out a post-shoot image licence directly with Captured Spaces. No production contribution applies under this model.
Insurance
Evidence of Public liability insurance can be provide on request.
